Dominic Ellison is Chief Executive of WECIL, one of the UK’s largest Disabled People’s Organisations supporting Disabled people across the West of England. He is internationally recognised for his previous work in pioneering models of community-leadership in regeneration, economic development and cultural programming as Chief Executive of Hackney Co-operative Developments.
