Kamina Walton is an artist, Creative Leadership Coach and Founder of Rising Arts Agency, a thriving community of young creatives mobilising the sector towards radical social and cultural change.
For the past few years she has been developing her coaching practice empowering individuals within the creative, cultural and non-profit sectors to access their own solutions to challenges and change. She is currently working with multiple individual artists and social entrepreneurs and supports staff teams at Watershed, Bristol Old Vic and Theatre Bristol. After transitioning leadership of Rising to Euella Jackson and Jess Bunyan in 2021 she has continued to support the agency in a non-executive director role. She is also a Non Executive Director with ForMed Films, an animation studio specialising in medical education storytelling and resources for health, social care and ill health prevention.
